How Psychics Remotely Connect With Your Energy Field
When asked if Charlie can see auras, he answers “No not I can’t see them in a visual sense, more just in a feeling sense, where there are blockages and what needs to be worked on and cleared, there is usually a strong transmission that comes through of where to work.”
Charlie describes his psychic process through bodily feelings. “I feel like there are beings that want to work through me and I need to get out of the way. I also really value giving a lot of space and stillness. It's easy to say something clever, but most people don't drop into stillness enough in their lives, holding space for this is usually deeply transformative”
“I definitely feel where there are blocks or knots of emotion that need to be released. I guide people to open up to Spirit, to feel the support around them, the spacious awareness where they can reconnect to the light.. Sometimes there will be a lot of emotional release.”
Signs and Symptoms of Blocked Chakras
We asked Charlie to elaborate on what blocked chakras feel like. “There will be knots somewhere in the energy body, it will feel very heavy, something like a blob of fat in a sewer that needs a little pushing.”
“Clients will need some gentle guidance to get to these emotional depths, there will often be protective mechanisms that need a lot of holding and safety in order to facilitate healthy release.”
Charlie elaborates on the necessity of energy healing. “Talking therapy alone is so limited, we really need to actively work to move our energies, otherwise someone is going to retell their story, the therapist will absorb some sadness and we will all be stuck in a quagmire. I believe in using several different approaches to dynamically make energetic shifts.”
“But most important is just to reconnect to the light… This is where all healing takes place.. The healer needs to stay connected to this dimension at all times, bringing this resonance into the space.”
How Psychics Do Remote Energy Healing
We asked Charlie to walk us through his process. “I say a brief hello, then ask the client if they mind if I call on the spirit beings, asking for consent before actions is important and builds trust. Then we will do some deep breathing into the heart, then I invoke the 4 directions, the guides, the ancestors etc, bringing a lot of protection into the space. Then I will ask them how they have been since we last spoke, or what they would like to talk about.”
After the initial phase, it begins. “We will talk for a while and some core issues will emerge that touch a much deeper emotional chord. I may guide short meditations during this time, asking them to tune into their body, and where they feel any stresses, tensions etc. We may do some gestalt practices, such as giving the tension a color, shape and making an object that we can interact with in a playful way.”
“In the second half of the session I ask if the client minds if we go deeper, then lead a longer guided meditation. Here we may do some inner child work, some work of meeting emotions, or a journey into the spirit world to meet the ancestors, something along these lines.”
“At the end I always ask if there is anything else coming up that wants to be shared, guide the clients to bring some protection around their energy field which has been very open. Then give thanks to the spirit beings.”
It’s All About Energy
When asked about the full scope of what energy work can do, Charlie answers, “I also do polarity work, guiding clients to activate their masculine or feminine, in order to reignite passion in relationships and to connect to the cosmic dimension of shiva-shakti in the love connection.” When it comes to energy work Charlie is a real Jack of all trades.
